Review instructor schedules and pay from the same class records
When schedules, attendance and instructor pay live in different files, month-end checks take extra work. PassFlow connects studio class records with attendance and lets instructors review their own work.
Start with the studio’s records
List instructors and their assigned classes. Check the location, time and instructor when your studio runs classes at several branches.
Review each instructor’s pay basis and rates. Distinguish scheduled classes from classes actually taught before reviewing the total.
What instructors can check
Use the instructor link supplied by the studio to check your classes and attendance lists.
Review missing or disputed class records with the owner. Pay amounts are visible according to the statements your studio publishes.
Reconcile before publishing pay
For a simple example, eight completed classes at a rate of 30 per class total 240 in the same currency. Additional allowances or different pay arrangements need separate review.
Check cancelled classes and substitutions against the actual instructor and class record. The owner reviews the totals before finalising and publishing the statement.
Is this a personal freelance teaching ledger?
The instructor screen is connected to a studio using PassFlow. It does not promise to automatically collect pay from unrelated external studios.
If you run your own studio, start as an owner. If you teach for a studio, ask its owner for your access link.
Common questions
Does this automatically transfer instructor pay?
It helps review class records, calculate pay and check statements. It does not mean automatic bank transfers.
Do instructors see all member information?
Instructor access follows the studio’s permissions and assigned classes. Owners should check the visible scope with an instructor account before use.
