PassFlow brings members, attendance, class passes and schedules into one studio management app. Choose the path that matches your account.

New studio owner

Register your studio and create your account. Follow the setup screens to add your branding and schedule, then check your settings before your first class.

Start a new studio

Already registered

Use the email and password you registered with. You can sign in on a new device without creating another studio.

Install or open on your device

  1. Android: install PassFlow from Google Play, open the app and choose your language.
  2. iPhone, iPad or computer: open the sign-in page in your browser. Where supported, use Add to Home Screen or Install App for easier access next time.
  3. New owners: register a studio name and account, then follow the setup steps.
  4. Existing owners: sign in with your registration email. Forgotten your password? Enter your email and choose the password reset option.

Before the first class

  1. Check your member names and contact details. Keep member records in the private management screens.
  2. Set each class pass or membership's dates and visit allowance.
  3. Check the monthly schedule: date, time, location and instructor. If you use bookings, configure capacity and cancellation rules.
  4. Try check-in with a test member before using it at the front desk. Review actual classes and instructor rates before finalising instructor pay.

Joining as a member or instructor?

Use the member or instructor link provided by your studio. You do not need to register a new studio. Ask your studio owner for the correct access details.

Need help signing in?

Check your registration email and use the password reset option on the sign-in page. If your account has no linked studio, use the support option on that page for help.
