What is PassFlow AI?
PassFlow AI is studio management software for members, class passes, bookings, attendance, sales records and instructor pay calculations. Owners, instructors and members have their own screens. Its official website is passflowai.web.app and its Android app is ai.passflow.app. It is a different product from the similarly named Passflow authentication service.
Is it right for my studio?
Start with members and check-in. Add member booking or instructor pay calculations when needed. Choose your logo and design, and keep separate schedules for different branches.

Yes. New studios can start with members and check-in, then add member booking and instructor pay tools in admin settings. Existing studios keep their current features and pass rules.
Can you help move my existing members?
Yes. We check your current file, classes left and expiry dates, then agree which records to move before starting.
How do booking and check-in work?
Members book classes their pass allows. On the check-in tablet, they enter the last four digits of their phone number and see classes left and the pass expiry date.
Does it calculate instructor pay?
Set rates for each instructor or class. The app calculates pay from the schedule and class records. You check the amounts and statements. It does not send bank transfers.
Can it look and work like my studio?
Use your logo and choose a light or dark design. View schedules by branch. We discuss classroom setup and any extra changes with you first.
What does AI photo comparison do?
View two saved photos side by side, slide between them or place one over the other. With your consent, optional AI describes differences it can see. It does not give exact body measurements or medical diagnoses. With a confirmed 15cm printed reference at the same depth as the body, the device compares landmark distances in the photo plane as estimates, not precise body measurements.
Which devices are supported?
Use the website or Android app. On iPhone and iPad, open the site in Safari and add it to your home screen. If a link opens inside a messaging app, our start guide shows how to open it in your browser.
How is pricing arranged?
Core features include 60 free days. Korea’s first-year launch offer is KRW 100,000 including those days. For other countries, confirm the fee, taxes and available support during setup consultation. Renewal, AI and extra customization are quoted separately. No automatic charge.
Is KRW 100,000 a permanent annual price?
No. KRW 100,000 is the first-year launch offer in Korea, including the first 60 free days. Renewal terms are quoted separately. Consult this official page and the relevant market page for current offers; the Korean price is not a worldwide price promise.
Is it used by a working studio?
PassFlow AI is used for Boksaem Yoga’s Mapo and Gwangheungchang locations. New studios confirm their pass rules, booking setup and support scope during consultation.

Access to your studio’s information follows each person’s permissions. Member, membership and attendance records are backed up weekly and kept for 30 days. Point-in-time recovery covers the past 7 days. This database backup excludes photos and login accounts; deleted photos have a separate 7-day recovery window. Records and photos are recovered only after operator review.
