Operations and revenue reports

See members, bookings, income records and branches in one place.

Revenue and attendance reports

  • Sales trends: Review daily and monthly revenue, payment types, pass sales, and attendance patterns in one dashboard.
  • Retention indicators: Separate new members, expiring passes, renewals, and inactive members so follow-up is easier.
  • Class planning data: Use weekday and time-slot attendance charts to adjust class capacity and timetable decisions.

Memberships, payments, and holds

  • Flexible pass types: Support session passes, unlimited/monthly passes, private packages, start-date scheduling, extensions, and renewals.
  • Soft delete safety: Deleted members can be reviewed and restored from a recycle area when an operator makes a mistake.
  • Hold rules: Set whether members can pause a pass, how many holds are allowed, and how the expiry date moves.

Bookings, waitlists, and attendance rules

  • Capacity control: Set class capacity by branch, class, or schedule and show available seats to members.
  • Conditional waitlist promotion: After a cancellation opens a seat, the next eligible waiting member can be confirmed and notified only before the booking deadline and when the class, branch, capacity and member eligibility conditions are met.
  • Late-cancel and absence rules: Configure late-cancel and absence rules to match the way your studio operates.

Setup, branding, and migration

  • AI-assisted import: Upload existing member lists, timetables, or price sheets so setup data can be prepared faster.
  • Branding: Apply your studio logo, color, social links, QR codes, and app shortcuts to each user-facing app.
  • Multi-branch structure: Separate branches, programs, instructors, schedules, and revenue while the owner can review the whole operation.

Registration, passes and usage rules

Intake and signatures

Studios using intake forms can choose an app signature, confirmation of a paper signature, or information-only recording when adding a member or opening member details. Answers and records stay in member details; information-only recording is not a signed enrollment agreement.

Product sessions and validity

Each product can use total sessions or weekly or daily allowances. Unused weekly and daily allowances do not roll over. Regular and opening-offer prices can be separate products; editing prices does not automatically change existing passes.

Add-on classes and benefits

Register a main pass, add-on classes and benefits included with private lessons together. Each benefit keeps its own dates, sessions and eligible classes; attendance uses the matching benefit. Products and operating rules are configured per studio.

Pass-based booking conditions

When a studio enables pass-based class visibility, the member app shows classes included in the member’s pass. Booking still checks pass dates, remaining sessions, weekly limits, class capacity and booking deadlines. Classes already booked or waitlisted remain visible for reviewing and cancelling the existing booking, even if the pass changes. The class cancellation rules still apply.

Member app

Members see their classes, bookings, classes left and studio notices in their own app.

Easy access without an app store

  • PIN-style login: Members use a simple phone-number based login flow instead of remembering a complex password.
  • Installable PWA: The member app can be saved to the home screen from Safari or Chrome without app-store approval.
  • 13 app languages: The app supports Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, and Indonesian, with market-aware date and currency formats.

Bookings and class information

  • Live timetable: Members see available classes, remaining seats, teacher information, and booking status.
  • Cancel and waitlist flow: Cancellation windows, waiting lists, and booking confirmations follow your studio rules.
  • Price and pass visibility: Members can view their active pass, expiry date, remaining credits, and available plans.

Member self-service

  • Attendance history: Members can review past visits and monthly attendance patterns.
  • Hold requests: If enabled by the owner, members can request or apply a pass hold from the app.
  • App notification preference: Members can turn app push notifications on or off for their device. Notices and studio links are available in the app.

Check-in app

Tablet check-in with PIN, online QR or face verification, and studio media. Eligible offline PIN requests await confirmation after reconnection.

Face check-in plus PIN fallback

  • On-device recognition: Face matching is processed on the tablet where possible, reducing the need to send face images around.
  • PIN fallback: If lighting, mask, or camera angle makes recognition difficult, members can check in with a simple PIN.
  • Additional check-in confirmation: Within the studio’s configured repeat check-in window, members are asked to confirm an additional visit. A confirmed additional visit may deduct another session according to the pass rules.

Privacy-aware check-in handling

  • Face templates and attendance photos: Face enrollment stores numerical templates instead of the original capture. If attendance photos are enabled, a separate still image may be stored with the attendance record.
  • Pass validation: On check-in, the system checks expiry, remaining credits, duplicate visits, and booking status.
  • Offline PIN request queue: On supported devices, only eligible phone-PIN check-in requests are saved temporarily. After reconnection, the server revalidates membership, duplicates and other rules before confirmation. QR and face check-in require an internet connection.

Kiosk media and control

  • Notice screen: Show images, videos, studio announcements, or class reminders while the kiosk is idle.
  • Operating hours: Camera and screen behavior can follow studio hours to reduce unnecessary tablet use.
  • Custom layout: Configure logos, background style, camera preview size, and kiosk display mode.
What the kiosk now does when a device or network is slow
  • The touch keypad and confirmation dialog keep deliberate spacing so accidental dismissal is less likely.
  • Face setup has a bounded preparation flow and offers retry or phone-PIN fallback instead of waiting indefinitely.
  • The pending badge counts only retryable offline records; terminally blocked records are kept for administrator review without endless retries.
  • If enabled, an attendance photo is a separate still image attached to that attendance record. It is not the face-enrollment template, and manual attendance may have no photo.

Instructor app

Instructors see their assigned classes and participants. Their access is separate from the owner’s.

Class roster and attendance

  • Today’s classes: Instructors see their own schedule and roster for the day.
  • Manual check-in: Teachers can mark attendance manually when a member needs help at the kiosk.
  • Member notes: Operational notes such as injuries or class remarks can be shared for better class quality.

Role separation

  • Limited access: Instructors do not see overall revenue, other teachers’ private schedules, or owner settings.
  • Simple authentication: PIN-based instructor access keeps the login flow lightweight.
  • Studio announcements: Important notices from the owner can be checked in the instructor app.

Instructor pay and payroll

Pay rules

Set pay per class, per hour, by attendance or as a fixed monthly amount. The app calculates pay from class records for you to check. It does not send bank transfers. Ask us about special rates or tax requirements.

Lesson review and approval

Assign instructors to classes and distinguish them by color and name on mobile timetables. Class records and configured pay rules produce estimates for owner review and approval. Actual bank transfers remain separate.

Statements, review and sharing

Review gross pay, deductions and the net estimate alongside each instructor’s statement and class calendar. Check scheduled and completed lessons, substitutions, cancellations and adjustments before approval. Preview, export or share the statement; bank transfers are handled separately.

Progress photos and AI comparison

Simple capture and AI guidance

Simple capture uses a grid backdrop or takes a quick photo. AI-guided capture adds screen grids, previous photos and on-device framing guidance. Compare either later.

Side by side

See both photos together with the added date and completed session count.

Swipe comparison

In the app, move a vertical divider to compare the same area in each photo.

Photo comparison and availability

Members compare two of their own photos side by side, with a slider or an overlay. If the studio enables optional AI, each request needs consent to describe visible differences. It does not provide precise body measurements or diagnoses. With a confirmed 15cm printed reference at the same depth as the body, the device compares landmark distances in the photo plane as estimates, not precise body measurements. Available when a studio enables photo records. Members can view only their own photos. When two photos open, framing is matched automatically on your device using only uniform scaling and positioning; uncertain results keep the original view. Hide background also affects only the display; originals and photos used for AI comparison stay unchanged. These tools do not measure bodies or distances precisely or correct lens distortion. For front and back photos with sufficient detection confidence, AI estimates the shoulder-line and hip-line angles visible in each image and shows both values. These are image-based estimates, not measurements of actual body angles or treatment or correction outcomes.

AI operations support

When enabled, AI helps summarise your studio records and draft messages for you to check.

Chat with your data

  • Natural questions: Ask questions such as who has many credits left, who is expiring soon, or how revenue changed this week.
  • Instant summaries: Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue or attendance summaries can be generated without opening spreadsheets.
  • Member lookups: Find pass status, visit history, and membership details quickly from a chat-like interface.

Retention and follow-up support

  • Rule-based risk classification: Defined rules, including time since attendance and remaining credits, classify retention risk. AI uses those classifications to suggest follow-up and draft messages for the owner to review and decide whether to use.
  • Message drafts: Generate friendly follow-up drafts that the owner can review before sending.
  • Re-registration insight: Visualize renewal and churn patterns so campaigns are based on real behavior.

Messaging and data protection

Send notices, choose who can see each record and get help through the contact options available in your country.

Local messaging channels

  • Push first: Use free app push for notices, bookings, cancellations, and reminders when possible.
  • Paid SMS when configured: A tenant can use paid SMS only when a supported provider is connected and configured for that market.
  • Result and estimated cost: Review provider acceptance or failure and the estimated cost. Acceptance is not proof of handset delivery or reading; a failed SMS is retried only after owner review.

Cloud and access control

  • Operational record backup and recovery: The operational database is backed up weekly for 30 days, with point-in-time recovery for the past 7 days. Recovery requires an operator; photos and sign-in accounts are managed separately.

Four installable apps

  • Owner, kiosk, member, instructor: Each role can install its own lightweight web app from the browser.
  • Tablet-friendly design: Kiosk and admin screens are optimized for real studio tablets and repeated daily use.
  • Resilience helpers: Preloading and error recovery help reduce interruptions. Offline support is limited to eligible PIN requests, which must be revalidated after reconnection.

Your member information matters.

Separate studio information

Access to your studio’s information follows each person’s permissions.

Automatic record backups

Member, membership and attendance records are backed up weekly and kept for 30 days.

Recovery when mistakes happen

Recovery features are available for operational records from the past 7 days.

Records and photos are recovered only after operator review.

What is covered?

Record backups do not include photo files or login accounts. Deleted photos have a separate 7-day recovery window. Recovery depends on when the issue occurred and what has been retained.

Enable face matching only after member consent and keep PIN available as an alternative. Messaging, payment, and device options vary by market and local policy.

Can members book classes covered by their pass?

When a studio enables pass-based class visibility, the member app shows classes included in the member’s pass. Booking still checks pass dates, remaining sessions, weekly limits, class capacity and booking deadlines. Classes already booked or waitlisted remain visible for reviewing and cancelling the existing booking, even if the pass changes. The class cancellation rules still apply.

Can members compare their progress photos?

Members compare two of their own photos side by side, with a slider or an overlay. If the studio enables optional AI, each request needs consent to describe visible differences. It does not provide precise body measurements or diagnoses. With a confirmed 15cm printed reference at the same depth as the body, the device compares landmark distances in the photo plane as estimates, not precise body measurements.

Does intake connect to member registration?

Studios using intake forms can choose an app signature, confirmation of a paper signature, or information-only recording when adding a member or opening member details. Answers and records stay in member details; information-only recording is not a signed enrollment agreement.

How do weekly allowances and opening offers work?

Each product can use total sessions or weekly or daily allowances. Unused weekly and daily allowances do not roll over. Regular and opening-offer prices can be separate products; editing prices does not automatically change existing passes.

Can instructor schedules and pay be managed together?

Assign instructors to classes and distinguish them by color and name on mobile timetables. Class records and configured pay rules produce estimates for owner review and approval. Actual bank transfers remain separate.

Can the design be tailored to our studio?

Make the app look like your studio, with your logo and the design you like. Start with the features you need. We can discuss extra changes together. Members, instructors, owners and check-in tablets use the same studio design. We explain what we can change, the cost and how long it will take before we start.

Can add-on classes and included benefits be managed?

Register a main pass, add-on classes and benefits included with private lessons together. Each benefit keeps its own dates, sessions and eligible classes; attendance uses the matching benefit. Products and operating rules are configured per studio.

Can members attend without booking?

You choose which classes need a booking and which allow walk-ins. Set class sizes, waitlists and cancellation times. We can help check any special pass rules.

Can I set different instructor pay rates?

Set pay per class, per hour, by attendance or as a fixed monthly amount. The app calculates pay from class records for you to check. It does not send bank transfers. Ask us about special rates or tax requirements.

Can you help move my existing members?

We help move member details, classes left and expiry dates from your current file. We agree what to move and the cost first. For the first chat, send an empty template or a sample with names and contacts removed.
